Vacation eligibility:
- An employee with one (1) but less than eight (8) years of continuous service shall be entitled to a total of two (2) weeks vacation.
- An employee with eight (8) but less than seventeen (17) years of continuous service shall be entitled to a total of three (3) weeks vacation. (8th anniversary year of hire date)
- An employee with seventeen (17) but less than twenty-five (25) years of continuous service shall be entitled to a total of four (4) weeks vacation. (17th anniversary year of hire date)
- An employee with twenty-five (25) or more years of continuous service shall be entitled to a total of five (5) weeks vacation.
