In accordance with Engineer Rule 14 or Assistant Engineer Rule 12 of the CBA, when making application for the Optional Displacement, the following applies:
Engineers and Assistant Engineers must make sufficient selections on their bid sheets (CT-88) indicating, by numerical order, preference which assignment they wish to displace to, and if they are combining their bids for optional displacement with their bids for assignments that are under advertisement on the current Engineers or Assistant Engineers Bulletin Advertisement, they must clearly indicate in the following manner:
