Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As you know the BLET GCA met with the carrier yesterday regarding the recent annulment of trains. The GCA position is the carrier has been negligent in their hiring practices. Several options to correct the manpower shortage were discussed but nothing was finalized. The BLET is awaiting dates for next week to continue talks. When I receive more information I will pass it along to the membership.
