Payroll asked me to convey the following:
1) Payroll for the week Nov 11th through Nov 17th will be processed on Saturday Nov 21st and completed on Sunday Nov 22nd. All time sheets will need to be received and processed by Wednesday Nov 18th. Accordingly, we would like you to get a reminder out to Train & Engine crew that time sheets for each day during this period need to be completed and turned-in by next calendar day. This will help ensure timely processing and payment issuance to the employees.
2) Payroll for the week Nov 18th through Nov 24th will be completed on Monday Nov 30th. Given that Thursday and Friday are holidays all time sheets will need to be received and processed by Wednesday Nov 25th. (Tuesday’s cards submitted on Wednesday will be picked up and delivered for processing). Accordingly, we would like you to get a reminder out to Train & Engine crew that time sheets for each day during this period need to be completed and turned-in by next calendar day. This will help ensure timely processing and payment issuance to the employees.
