Brothers and sisters,
NJT is issuing letters to engineers who have FMLA. I have investigated several individuals and they are not in violation. I want all members who recieved a second letter and are not in violation of the policy to file a complaint with EEOC for discrimination. If this continues we will look into a class action suit against NJT. I will remind you, do not let NJT intimidate you in forfeiting your individual rights under the CBA or state and federal laws. Stand strong brothers and sisters.
