NJT is working with the CDC, OEM and most of the railroads across the country. The CDC is working on a protocol to deal with an outbreak of Ebola on the transportation system. There has been 24 reported outbreaks but this is the first time in the USA. This protocol should be distributed early next week. In the mean time wash your hands as much as possible, do not come in contact with bodily fluids as this is the only known way to contract the disease since this disease is not air born. NJT is also setting up a hotline for employees to call in with any concerns or comments. When that number becomes available I will post it.
