The Coalition met on Thursday in Washington DC. The Carrier’s proposal did change, but at the end of the day the a deal was not able to be done. The carrier will try to make some adjustments with in the next 2 weeks and report back to the coalition and the NMB. If an agreement can not be had at that time we hope the NMB will the then proffer arbitration.
