Brothers and Sisters,

As of this writing, yard crews on the Newark Division have taken issue with assignment design and overtime pay. The BLET is currently working on resolving these issues. As a reminder to all yard and passenger crews alike, job actions as a means of negotiation is illegal and is not condoned by the BLET and only serves to undermine any future agreement of the above mentioned.

We will notify you of any resolutions made.
